hyrox
The new global craze, standardized indoor fitness racing event combining functional strength exercises and running.
Also known as “The World Series of Fitness Racing”.
For those looking to compete or enjoy cardio based training our Hyrox classes will present a fun new challenge for you.
foundations
Introduction to fitness class for beginners.
Whether you are brand new to anything fitness related or looking to ease your way into CrossFit, this class will provide a great foundation to help get you wherever your fitness goal may be.
free youth crossfit
FREE After school kids program designated for kids between ages 12-17 years old. Every Tuesday at 4:00PM ONLY.
A fun class where kids can build strength, confidence, coordination, teamwork and leadership through safe, coach-led workouts and games.
Funded by our PRSVR Kids Foundation.
personal training
Working 1-on-1 with one of our coaches is the fastest way to get the results you want.
